Every year, once the weather is nice for sitting at the Spirit Centre Stage table and chairs, we bring out our piano. This piano is free for anyone from the public to play on.
It's a popular feature, and often you will find amateur players, or just kids playing around on it.
Early this summer, our downtown piano was damaged. While it still plays, it has had much of the top paneling and paint ripped up as well as on the cover of the keys.
The Quesnel Downtown Association is looking for a new (used) piano for our stage area. We have had some offers, but we would prefer to have another similar in size. This makes it easier to transport. The piano, while outside, will be in a covered area, and moved indoors each fall before the snow falls.
If you or anyone you know has a piano this size, and does not mind it being donated, and painted, please contact our office at 250-991-0527
